Manual aggregation
In manual mode the operator selects the packer, label templates, product, contractor, the number of bottles in a case, cases on a pallet, production date and other job parameters. Then the work starts:
- Products are scanned and added to the current case.
- Cases are scanned and added to the pallet.
- When a case or pallet is full, the corresponding label is printed.
- The operator can close a case or pallet manually, reprint a label, change the packer and perform other actions.
All parameters are loaded from the administrator module, where products, templates and contractors are maintained. Reports are generated there as well, and completed aggregation data is exported.
There is also a disassembly mode: it lets the operator find the required aggregate, change its contents, replace damaged goods and close the aggregate again.
Automatic aggregation
In automatic mode the program connects to equipment: cameras, PLCs and the server. The configuration is flexible:
- Fully automatic scenario: the camera reads codes, and the program adds products to a case and cases to a pallet without operator involvement.
- Semi-automatic scenario: the camera adds products to a case, while palletizing is done manually with a scanner.
Automatic aggregation supports several streams. As soon as a case is full, the label is printed, the stream switches, and the program continues with another stream if several are configured.
When a pallet is full, the pallet label is printed, the pallet is closed and a new one starts. The operator can finish the process, reprint a label or change the job at any time.
Visualization and control
In manual mode the screen shows how the case and pallet are being filled; elements are highlighted as they are scanned. The same applies to disassembly mode, where it is clear what has been filled, removed or replaced.
For automatic aggregation there is a separate control window with stream statuses, current bottle counts, statistics, the last read code and other operating information.
Data export
All aggregation data is stored in the administrator module. There the user can filter results by contractor, invoice and other parameters, save reports as XLSX or XML, and send information to external systems such as Chestny Znak or the customer’s own information systems.
