IDPack includes full EGAIS support inside the aggregation software. No additional modules are required; the functionality is already built into the main system.
Work with excise marks follows the same logic as ordinary aggregation. Marks are scanned manually or automatically and are immediately added to a case or copack, depending on the line settings. Cases are then combined into pallets and the final packaging structure is formed.
The program records every action: which marks were scanned, which cases and pallets they are in, and how they were distributed across aggregation levels. This makes it possible to trace each product unit at any time.
Completed batches are exported to a report. The report can be saved to a file and used for upload to EGAIS or integration with external systems. The formats are universal and fit most typical solutions. If needed, the process can be automated without changing the main workflow.
Operator actions and line equipment are synchronized. If marks are scanned automatically, the program immediately knows where to add them. If the process is manual, everything works through a simple interface. In both cases the program shows which cases are open and how many marks have been collected.
Product, contractor and template directories are maintained in the administrator module, and job parameters are taken from there. If a defective mark must be replaced, the built-in disassembly mode lets the user find the required case, remove marks, add new ones and close the aggregate again. The change history is saved in the report.
EGAIS data export is available in a few clicks: filter the required report by date, product, contractor or invoice, export it in the required format and send it according to the regulations. IDPack works with cameras, scanners, PLCs and external accounting systems on warehouse and production sites where accuracy and traceability are important.
