This module automatically checks label condition immediately after application. It detects print defects, damage and integrity issues: torn or crumpled edges, scratches, gaps, deformation and other visible defects.
The camera captures each product on the line, and the program compares the label with the configured quality criteria. If a defect is detected, the product can be rejected before it moves further through the process.
The check is integrated into the marking or aggregation line and works in real time. The operator can configure the controlled areas and tolerances through the interface without changing program code.
This reduces manual inspection and helps keep defective labels from entering further packaging, aggregation or shipment stages.
