Label editor for industrial printers

IDLabel is used to create labels that are printed in production, warehouse, and marking operations. A layout can include text, barcodes in different formats, images, lines, and simple graphic elements.

The label size can be set in pixels or millimeters. Elements can be moved, resized, positioned by coordinates, rotated, styled, and layered. The layout is saved as a file and reused whenever needed.

Variables inside the template

IDLabel lets users create variables and place them in label elements: text, barcodes, images, and other layout fields.

A variable can contain a product name, SKU, batch, date, serial number, marking code, counter, or a value from an Excel/CSV column. During printing, the program substitutes the current data without manual layout editing.

One template can be used for different products, batches, and orders. Only the data changes; the label structure remains the same.

Printing from Excel and CSV

You can create one label template, prepare an Excel or CSV file with different data rows, and print the whole series from that file.

Each table row becomes a separate label. Values from selected columns are automatically inserted into the correct places in the layout: name, SKU, date, batch number, code, price, or other fields.

The operator does not need to open the layout and change text manually before every print run. It is enough to update the table, select the rows, and send the labels to the printer.

Templates for IDPack

Templates created in IDLabel can be used in IDPack, for example to print aggregation labels for cases, pallets, and other packaging levels.

The template contains predefined fields and variables. During operation, IDPack inserts real production data: product, date, batch number, aggregate code, and other values from the production task.

This lets the responsible employee prepare the layout, while the line operator simply prints the required label from the working mode.

What the company gets

A layout editor for real labels
Sizes are set in pixels or millimeters; elements are positioned precisely by coordinates, with rotation, fonts, images, and barcodes configured in the editor.

One template for different products and batches
Variables are added to the layout, so one label file prints different names, SKUs, dates, batches, serial numbers, and codes.

Batch printing from Excel and CSV
Prepare a table: each row becomes a separate label, and column values are automatically inserted into the template.

Less manual input before printing
The operator selects the template and print data instead of retyping text, codes, and dates on every label.

Fast changes without software development
If fields, element positions, or label appearance need to change, the update is made directly in the layout editor.

Ready templates for IDPack
IDLabel layouts are used in IDPack to print labels during marking, aggregation, and production-task workflows.
