Layer-by-layer aggregation is used to significantly speed up aggregation and when it is important to record exactly how products are placed inside a case: not only the total quantity, but specific rows and layers. Each layer is tracked separately with photo recording and precise control.
A separate program integrated with IDPack and IDAdmin is used for this. The camera is installed above the packing area. The program detects the case boundaries and controls the placement of products inside it.
There are two operating modes: automatic mode analyzes the image in real time, tracks layer completion and suggests moving to the next layer; manual mode lets the operator press the capture button, after which the system takes a photo, checks the layer and moves on if everything is correct.
If required, the program can control equipment, for example raising the camera dome between layers by the height of one layer. This depends on the specific line and settings.
Information is saved and sent to IDAdmin, where the whole packaging structure is formed from product to pallet. The user can see which products were placed, in what order, in which case and on which pallet.
The system works with any code types: Chestny Znak, internal and external codes. Codes can come from cameras, scanners or third-party systems. Integration is configured for the project, including connections to warehouses, 1C and other information systems. Data is saved to a file or sent directly to the required system in Excel, XML or another agreed format.
