This module checks whether the label is placed correctly on the product. The system determines the label position, including coordinate offset and angle, and compares it with the allowed tolerances.
The check is performed directly after label application. The camera accounts for product movement on the conveyor, including forward, backward, left and right displacement, so the control remains stable on a moving line.
If the label is shifted, skewed or placed outside the allowed area, the product can be rejected. The operator configures the criteria and tolerances through the interface for each product or task.
The solution helps detect labeling defects immediately instead of finding them later during manual inspection or shipment preparation.
