How the solution works
The IDCode solution is designed for companies whose office and production sites are in different locations, for example an office in Moscow and production in China or several remote facilities.
Office employees work in IDAdmin. They order marking codes from Chestny Znak and distribute codes between factories.
Data exchange between the office and production sites goes through the IDCloud cloud service. It stores codes, transfers tasks, and receives printing, aggregation, and production statuses.
At the production site, operators use IDPack to print marking codes and aggregate products into an unlimited number of packaging levels.
For logistics operations, IDMobile is used on mobile data terminals. It handles aggregation, scanning goods during container loading, and preparing shipment documents.
After shipment is completed, results are transferred through IDCloud back to the office. IDAdmin generates customs documents, orders ATK, and provides detailed statistics for all production processes.
IDAdmin - office process management
IDAdmin is the control center for marking processes at production sites.
The system includes tools for managing contractors, products, label templates, creating and assigning production tasks, reporting, Chestny Znak integration, and other functions.
In IDAdmin, users can order marking codes, send them to the required factory through IDCloud, receive shipment results, return data to the system, and generate customs documents.
IDPack - marking and aggregation software
IDPack is used on production lines and operator workstations. It supports code printing, verification, aggregation, package disassembly, and shipment preparation.
The operator receives tasks sent from IDAdmin through IDCloud and performs the required line operations: code printing, verification, aggregation, and aggregation label printing.
IDMobile - mobile application for aggregation and shipments
IDMobile is mobile software for verification, aggregation, package assembly and disassembly, and creation of shipment documents.
The application can assemble or rebuild aggregates, scan codes, and create shipments. After completion, data is automatically transferred through IDCloud to IDAdmin for further processing.
Based on the received data, reports for Chestny Znak are created, ATK is ordered, and customs documents are generated.
