Aggregation and Disassembly
The operator scans item codes and builds a carton. Then they scan cartons and build a pallet or another packaging level.
If a mistake is made, the package can be disassembled directly on the terminal: remove an extra code, add the correct item, replace a damaged unit, and rebuild the aggregate.
There is no need to go to a separate computer and fix everything manually. The error is corrected where the goods are.
Shipments on a Handheld Terminal
The employee opens a shipment on the terminal and scans an item, carton, or pallet. Only actually scanned positions are added to the shipment.
If a code has already been added, does not belong to this shipment, or does not match the rules, the program shows the error immediately. The issue can be fixed on the spot while the goods are still in front of the employee.
