One control center for marking and aggregation
IDAdmin is used by marking managers, technologists, administrators, and site supervisors. It is the production marking control center: administrative operations are performed here, production tasks are prepared, directories, Chestny ZNAK orders, aggregation schemes, reports, and statistics are configured.
Line employees receive already prepared tasks and run them in IDPack or IDMobile. The operator does not need to choose critical process parameters manually: products, legal entities, code orders, packaging schemes, and label templates are defined in advance in IDAdmin.
The software can run on Windows, Linux, and Android devices, as well as on other suitable equipment within the customer infrastructure. This gives flexibility in choosing workstations: an office PC, an industrial panel, a server environment, or an administrator terminal.
Statistics by production, employees, and orders
IDAdmin shows how many codes have been processed, how marking dynamics changed by hour and day, the plan and actual output for workstations, how many codes a specific employee processed, and the stage of the selected Chestny ZNAK order.
The analysis period can be switched between day, week, and month. A manager can review workstation productivity, compare shifts, select an employee, and see performance dynamics for the period.
Production tasks for lines
IDAdmin is used to create production tasks that are then launched at workstations in IDPack or IDMobile. The task includes its name, number of codes, whether printing is required, the selected Chestny ZNAK order used for the task, verification algorithm, aggregation scheme, batch parameters, product, GTIN, legal entity, and equipment.
The system can work with Chestny ZNAK orders and print codes directly in production. It also supports the typographic label mode: codes are printed elsewhere in advance, while the program verifies, validates, aggregates, and links them to the production task.
After preparation, the task becomes a clear work instruction for the line: the operator does not choose critical parameters manually and follows the predefined rules.
Chestny ZNAK: code orders and reports
IDAdmin allows working with Chestny ZNAK code orders: creating code orders, receiving codes, and then using them in production.
Codes from an order can be sent directly to printing, or a production task can be created with the required number of codes from that order. Export to Excel and files is also available when codes need to be transferred to another system, a printing house, or a separate process.
After the work with order codes is complete, reports are generated for verification, aggregation, and circulation introduction. The work result can also be exported to a file in a convenient format.
Directories: products, legal entities, documents, employees
IDAdmin can maintain legal entities and product nomenclature. Users can create and edit product cards themselves, link them to the required legal entity, and use this data in production tasks.
Nomenclature can be loaded automatically from the National Catalog for the current legal entity. This reduces manual input and helps use verified product data in tasks.
Aggregation schemes
IDAdmin configures aggregation schemes: which packaging levels are used, in what order they go, how many lines participate in the process, whether auto-aggregation is enabled, and what capacity each level has.
The configured scheme is then used in tasks and working modes in IDPack or IDMobile. The operator follows a ready-made rule, while the system controls filling and prevents arbitrary aggregate assembly.
Code templates
IDAdmin includes an aggregate code constructor. It lets users define which parts make up the code used when generating aggregates: fixed values, variable elements, counters, dates, and other required string parts.
Different business processes can use different code templates from the constructor. For example, one format can be used for cartons, another for pallets, and a third for internal logistics or a separate aggregation scenario.
The code format is not hardcoded in the program. If one element, the order of parts, or a service value needs to be changed, it can be done in settings without modifying the software or involving a developer.
Label templates from IDLabel
Label templates are created in the IDLabel editor and then used for aggregation labels in IDPack and IDMobile.
In IDAdmin, the required label templates can be selected for production scenarios. After that, when printing in client programs, real data is inserted into variables: current date, product selected in the task, aggregate code, batch number, and other values from the workflow.
This way, the label template is configured once in a managed process, while the workstation uses a ready template with up-to-date data from the task.
Custom reports and exports
IDAdmin generates custom reports for item codes, cartons, and pallets. Data can be filtered by batch, marking date, task, report type, legal entity, and date period.
The result can be downloaded, saved to Excel, or exported to XML. This is used for reconciliation, internal reporting, data transfer to adjacent systems, and analysis of production operations.
What the company gets
Command center for marking management
IDAdmin brings tasks, workstations, employees, codes, orders, and statistics into one interface, so management can control marking as a unified production system.
Managed Chestny ZNAK cycle
Code orders, printing, export, production tasks, circulation introduction, aggregation, and ATK are linked into a clear process without a gap between administration and line work.
Unified rules for all workstations
Aggregation schemes, code templates, products, legal entities, and label templates are configured centrally, while workstations receive ready settings without manual selection of critical parameters.
Unified industrial database
Nomenclature, legal entities, documents, employees, and exchange parameters are stored in a managed structure instead of spreading across local files, spreadsheets, and personal folders.
Custom reports and exports
The company can build reports for its own processes, export data by codes, cartons, pallets, batches, and tasks, and then transfer it to other enterprise information systems.
Flexible deployment architecture
IDAdmin can be used on Windows, Linux, Android, and other suitable platforms, adapting administrator and manager workstations to the infrastructure of a specific production site.
